iirc they didn't know if he was in Romania or not but seeing the pizza box confirmed that he was. Of course they already knew where he lived just not if he was there.

And we all know that exact locations can only be obtained through pizza box identification methods, or PBIM for short.

Then we can do "math" and figure the angle of the sun and what streets it could and couldn't be on. Then we can can call those pizza shops that deliver to those streets and ask if they had a recent order. Around the same time as the stream. Actually maybe just that last part would work....
