That's Ernesto. He was president of the National Bank of Cuba for a few years.
I love the fact that you are being downvoted by idiots when you are 100% correct. People forget that he held political offices on Cuba for way longer than he was a guerrilla fighter, and he failed hard when he tried to do guerrilla warfare on his own, both in Congo and Bolivia. He was just a dude, a son of Argentinian oligarchs who got a good ol' white savior complex, then got himself killed because he thought that everyone but him were stupid.
I appreciate your comment, and that you share the sentiment of seeing past the obvious legend, but I accept that people can find my answer unhelpful. :)
