Growing donor organs from patient's own cells. So many people die because their bodies reject the transplants.
At this rate I'm not sure I'll see it in my lifetime, but I'm waiting for a lab grown vagina using my own DNA that's presumably been CRISPR'd to overwrite my Y chromosome with an X chromosome so I can replace my penis. While we're at it, I want to see CRISPR used to turn testes into ovaries.
