Aotearoa Daily Kōrero 20/10/2023
Welcome to today’s daily kōrero!
Anyone can make the thread, first in first served. If you are here on a day and there’s no daily thread, feel free to create it!
Anyway, it’s just a chance to talk about your day, what you have planned, what you have done, etc.
So, how’s it going?
You're viewing a single thread.
Heading off into Queen Charlotte sound until Monday, the conditions are ideal as well.

Have fun!
3 0 ReplyFirst I'd heard of it and so had to google it just now. Wow! Looks amazing. Stat safe, have fun :)
3 0 ReplyI might show my ignorance here but do you have 2 oars? Wouldn't you only need one? Are they for different use cases or is one a backup?
I don't think I could ever will myself to kayak in open water, but I'm very jealous of the adventure you're about to have, the area and weather look stunning!
2 0 ReplyIt's two halves of one paddle, they come apart for easy transport.
2 0 ReplySorry I mean you have two halves across the boat and another halves on the back
2 0 ReplyThat is a spare, yes.
