Everything. Literally everything can be fatal in large enough quantities. Quote from one of my chemistry professors: "there are no lethal substances, only lethal doses"
Remember the Wii craze in 2007? There was a radio competition called Hold Your Wee for a Wii in which the contestants had to drink throughout the day without going for a piss. One died.
