How do you create a GIF with audio?
Create an MP4 in a low resolution, low frame rate and with a limited color palette.
There are plenty of online tools and apps to prepare one from a video. Just do a web search.
I did search Google how to make a GIF with sound! But all the tools that I found only make mp4s instead of gifs. And it seems even Wikipedia says that a GIF can only contain images and no sound đ€
It's most definitely an mp4 hosted on imgur. One click could've gotten you the answer.
