No. It's a twin engine fighter. It only has one fuselage. The fuselage is the main body of a plane, which holds the cabin for the pilot in this case, which there is only one.

What if the co-pilot is in the other side? He could become the pilot if something happened to incapacitate the pilot, and can also cast a tie-breaking vote in the senate.
