Raccoon, what happened?

Anyone know what happened with Raccoon for lemmy? I use Obsidian to download and update the app from Github but now it tells me there's an error when I try to update it. I tried checking the Github page and I get an error there saying the website doesn't exist.

The dev took it down, I'm not going to go into his reasons to do so, but you can find a fork here.
- do you know if anyone has set up a release of this new fork now that the original is down?
  
  We are planning to release a new version, at least on GitHub asap. The announcement is likely to be given in tomorrow's Q&A session (the monthly AMA).

  I have no idea, I guess we have to wait for an initial release.
- Good to know that at least the code is out there. I feel bad for the developer though, he was nice and dedicated.
