source? searches turn up no NGO with that name, just an HFFF whose website is domain parked that has barely any other presence except a mention on the Hungary Foundation website

so best case, even if this only proves support from 1957 then we're left where we were before, with allegations of support prior to that from both MI6 and CIA, and an "internal history" (not cables) that claims they were
totally uninvolved"caught flat-footed"-
Yeah i wasnt saying there was no support (even though i have been through this debate thousands of times and i still think western roles in 1956 are way exaggerated) just that this doc isn't the smoking gun it seems.
