That means a quarter of Americans still have decency and oppose racism (destruction of natural races through miscegenation), and if public opinion can sway in the wrong way very quickly they it can in the right way as well. There are many people who know inside them what is right but conform, but with the power of Faith and true American values this can be shifted. LGBT acceptance has gone down quite a bit recently, so Good is coming forth in a sense.
