Solution in comments because some apps don't hand spoiler tag well.
- Heart (and lungs) - by a 7 y/o
My wife was abroad, and my kids missed her. I suggested they'd paint her something. My older son decided to draw lungs to express his love, and took it seriously trying to draw a realistic one. He also draw lungs and arteries, and explained that the little lines on the sides are to show that it is beating, like they show motion in comics.
He draw this out of memory.

- 9yo's comic about getting ready for school in the morning
My favorite part is the mom's expression in the 3rd panel
- Clever use of letter stickers
My 4yo daughter found some alphabet / letter stickers, and she used the O and I letters to make a pair of glasses for her drawing
- My daughter drew this when she was 6. Apparently it's a clown who pretends to float, but is actually sitting on a platform with wheels hidden by a cloth.
It's not a, uh, conventional beauty, but I found her thought process fascinating
- My 7yo likes to create her own characters. Here's Karate Banana and friends
