Haha, i’m in the same boat, man! When I bought my Husky it was already covered in blue anodized parts! No way I would ever spend money re-buying the same part serving the same function at no better capacity, only in a different color! Outrageous!
Seriously, though…it was already covered in all the bling parts, but if I had to replace something (barkbusters, rear rotor guards, etc) I almost always caved and got the blue option…..

Dirt bike/motocross boot. This guy (or girl) was riding/racing a dirt bike offroad- think hiking trails. Gearne is not a cheap brand either, their top-tier SG-12 boot is usually $5-600 a pair. And they are a superior quality brand. I’m not sure what tier boot this is since i cant see all the signage, but this is truely a freak accident that no quality of foot protection would have prevented. With that said- that stick is clean, so their foot is most likely fine. Edit: forgot to mention; the white/orange combo does match a lot of chainsaw gear, so good call. But, this person most likely rode a KTM, which are primarily white and orange, and KTM riders love buying orange gear to match, lol. So i used to dabble in doing jobs for Amazon’s Mturk work system to try and make some extra money. I’m not gonna go into the details of what that is or how it works here, but we would get a lot of little jobs that could be “write out closed captions for these short videos”, OR “select any squares of this image that meet the request”, like on this post. We’d be allowed to not select any squares if that was the case. They always looked like screen shots from google earth or something. A lot of times, like here, the solution was not in the provided image. I always felt like us Mturk human workers were providing the solutions to these “anti bot” measures.

The newer model, 502X, has a removable button that you can flip to either move it further or closer. I suppose not every mouse is gonna fit every hand size, tho. I have fairly “normal” sized male hands (glove size L), and the button sits directly under my thumb 🤷

Despite just realizing this is a 2y old post that’s been necroed…like another commenter here, ive never liked how unpredictable mouse accel is, but my experiences are from long ago and originated from joysticks (controller and desktop “flight” types). Now i exclusively use mice with a variable DPS button at my thumb or what some call a “sniper” button. This way i have full control over WHEN, how long and how fast/slow. Ex: Logitech G502, Corsair M65

UV resistant film, like the Clear Bra stuff that 3M(?) makes. Some companies make them pre-cut exactly for your model’s headlights. A little tricky to put on, like window tint, etc. but the film is good for like 5 years, then you peal it off and put new film back on, never need to polish the plastic ever again. Some people put the film on BEFORE the plastic goes bad, even on new cars. EDIT: also adding that spray paints are a bad idea because they actually will mess with the light patterns and output and stuff. I forget all the details exactly, but something something do your own research 😉

Their dvd library went to shit a looooong time ago, so to echo some other comments here- i’m surprised the service was even still around. I used to get multiple discs at a time. (i think they had a 3 disc at-a-time plan where you could send one back and they’d send you the next in your cue, but you’d always have 3 at home.) Then as streaming started to take off and they started making their own TV shows it seemed like there was less and less DVDs for rent, and not just because id watched them. I was getting notices of things on my “wish list” or whatever about to become unavailable, or movies i wanted to rent again were just gone from the library. This effected movies, documentaries, TV series, lots of different content types. They rolled streaming into my plan for free and i eventually gave up on discs entirely and just canceled that part of my plan, sadly. Eventually completely canceled everything a few years ago, ended up never using the service anymore. There’s my experience no one asked for!
