Today I managed to trick her into letting me give her some scritches. I first used the stick as in the video, then shortener it bit by bit and let her notice it. I finally reacher her while still holding the stick. She must have thought what an amazing new scratching technique the stick had learned and REALLY leaned into it. When she looked up and saw my hand was doing all the scritching she growled and went a few steps back. I then longened the stick again and she came closer and thus I shortened the stick again. This time she didn't growl. Bit by bit she becomes more trusting.

It went through but only a but, she immediately let go, didn't bite hard. Since she has been in the shelter for a long time without being sick and I disinfected it right away I should be fine. Thans for the concern though.

Yeah I'm totally an asshole by scratching her with the stick and her leaning in when I pet her with it and this making her purr. Total dick move, I know.

For cobble stone the rolls are too small. However it's perfect for inside, so I guess perfect in an airport or a lot of train stations. The telescopic pole is really great.

The height inside is 30cm. She can't raise her head but she doesn't really have to keep it down either. Also since it's flexible she pushes the top net up to look around.

It really isn't small, especially for only one cat. Might just look like it in this photo because the entrance isn't as big as the whole front of the container.

Wow she (I guess, the one further down) is a total beauty. Dat face.

The cool thing about the winding technique I use is that I only have to secure the rope at the very ends with a few screws. The rest will hold up for years upon years as it is 1cm thick sisal where one winding sits tightly on the next. The pole here took me about 90 minutes to wind. It's totally worth it. It is basically an endless "Mastwurf" or more precisely a Mastwurf with hundreds of "Halbschläge" https://thwiki.org/t=Mastwurf Back when I was still active I was the go-to person for knots in my local THW (federal agency for technical relief, a large german disaster control agency)

Wut ist auch eine natürliche Reaktion auf etwas das man nicht versteht. Dummerweise auch der Grund warum diese Menschen AgD wählen. Meiner Erfahrung nach ists gut diese Wut zu akzeptieren, ABER: Sie darf dich nicht einschränken bzw. belasten. Ich habe es geschafft meine Wut aufzuarbeiten, und hege nun mehr Gleichgültigkeit. Dadurch bin ich deutlich entspannter. Da ich für die Welt im Groben und Ganzen eh schwarz sehe, da die meisten Menschen einfach zu dumm und zu trotzig sind, um Wandel in eine sinnvolle Richtung zu akzeptieren, habe ich mich auf mich besonnen. Kontaktabbruch zu schädlichen Menschen; Energie nur noch für Dinge die mich motivieren und mir Spaß bereiten. Wir leben nun Mal in einer Hochkultur kurz vorm Kollaps wie so viele andere. Daran lässt sich nichts ändern. Solange die Reichen nicht gegensteuern rennen wir auf eine Klimakrise zu die sich nicht mehr aufhalten lässt. Und diesmal wage ich zu bezweifeln dass die Menschheit anpassungsfähig genug ist um zu überleben, da die Raffgier eher dazu führt dass sich alle kaputt bomben.

I feel you. I was really lucky that I could give two of my cats to a friends family when I had to separate them. In between I had to give up all of my cats due to my health issues. It distroyed me, it tore such a big hole in me. Luckily I got to take Miez back after my health improved. I thought she was in good hands, but I was dead wrong. When the elderly woman that took her in had a broken leg (complicated bone fracture, took several months to heal) she starten smoking on the couch right next to Miez, and now Miez is asthmatic.

My brother in law never sneezes once. He always sneezes at least three times.

I don't think he's bitter towards Miez. Regularly he tested my limits as well and I had make it unmistakably clear that I don't tolerate rule expandings. He just thinks he can get away with bad behaviour towards Miez as she is weaker than her. Lilly on the other hand doesn't give a shit and just counter-attacks. To be frank, Koda is a real bitch. He just needs a lot of cuddles which is the only reason he behaves well from time to time.

What does it matter to Russia/any other country if their fall guy falls? The damage is done and they still have plausible deniability.

No I do not. A company can tell Schufa something bad about any private person. Without their knowledge.

Sure, it's totally OK that a business like SchuFa has your data and if you happen to have a business it's totally ok for them to blackmail you. It's also totally ok that they don't notify you if any business reports something negative to them about you. Schufa is totally ok and not shitty and predatory at all.
