I am using this distro for more than a year now and never had problem with it. It is extremely reliable. The only downside is many gigabytes of updates every week (I usually run update once per week).

I remember I was using KDE Neon few years back and that one was lasting 6 months maximum before something gets seriously broken.

There is Ladybird browser, its under development andif all goes well, maybe we will see it comming in a couple of years.
