Np. There's only two drugs that really target the same receptors (pregabilin is that other). And both bypass the liver, so don't interfere with other drug metabolism.
Melatonin, weed, and gabapentin tend to irritate my tinitus. And mixing it with pain killers can cause unpleasant numbing. Mixing with alcohol I tend to have to nap.
But nothing dangerouse in my experience and I've abused my doses and been pretty reckless with mixing tbh.
Yeah actually just watched a YouTube video of him getting on Air Force One. I don't think it's fake. He looks like shit. Very old shaky. At first I thought maybe it was a body double but, if so the body double is a very good actor.
It's only an SNRI in its pro drug form, which is DXM. The reason it is prescribed with Wellbutrin is because it prevents your body from turning DXM into DXO, which is a powerful disassociative.
Additionally the half-life of DXM doesn't make it a very effective SNRI without changing the body's metabolism. The Wellbutrin is the component that changes metabolism.
I've done a lot of personal research with both DXM and it's active metabolite. And have some undergraduate education in pharmacology. I really don't recommend it.
It was a major outlet for me as a teenager. At some point I must have felt teased by it and stopped playing women characters, at least around my friends.
