Great to see this community starting up on Lemmy. After years of lurking on Reddit, here is my main guitar!

  • In a surprise twist, the pickups in the J Mascis models are constructed more like p90s than typical jazzmaster pickups, with bar magnets along the bottom and the adjustable screw pole pieces. Guess they figured jazzmaster pickups weren't confusing enough people as is! 😅

  • Is that an offset on a rug that I spy?? Sweet build! A lot of offset tele bodies look kinda strange to me but this one just feels right. Love the grain on the body.
