Sorry someone called it weird.

Friendship is a series of actions.
A person who pushes you when you don't want them to is acting in a way incongruent with friendship.
A person who assesses you as useless and horrible is acting in a way incongruent with friendship.
A person who convinces others to alienate you is acting in a way incongruent with friendship.
If a relationship is in a stage where you are regularly thinking whether its benefits outweigh its costs, it may be healthy to take a step back.
