Ich stimme dir grundsätzlich zu, habe aber den Verdacht, dass "offene Standards" auch leichter gesagt als getan ist. Bundesweite Standards dürften nicht leicht zu eintwickeln sein, wenn die Verfahren in den Ländern (und teilweise Kommunen?) nunmal unterschiedlich sind. Das alles konfliktfrei und zukunftssicher unter einen Hut zu bringen, erfordert schon einiges an Arbeit. Erst recht, wenn man so wenig Erfahrung esammelt hat, und jetzt versucht, alles auf einmal zu wuppen. Man kann nicht 30 Jahre alles verpennen, und sich dann wundern, wenn man es nicht in zwei Jahren aufholt.

Dass das neue OZG keine Fristen vorsieht, bis zu welchen die Digitalisierungsprojekte umgesetzt sind, kritisierte unter anderem Jonas Botta vom Deutschen Forschungsinstitut für öffentliche Verwaltung Speyer.

Meine Erfahrung ist, dass die lange Dauer nicht zuletzt durch Fachkräftemangel kommt. Es fehlen einfach die Kapazitäten.

Da dann mehr oder weniger willkürlich Fristen zu setzen, ist eher kontraproduktiv, weil dann die Codequalität geopfert wird - was die Entwicklung mittelfristig noch extrem viel langsamer macht.

Was natürlich nicht heißt, dass es auf anderen Ebenen nicht auch noch hakt.

It definitely is. I am arguing against comments that simplify a complex situation.

I doubt it's the only option, others have had success against colonizers using different methods. And I also doubt that this violence is improving the situation of the Palestinians in any way.

You make it sound as if there wasn't any violence from Hamas & Co during all this. I don't think that's helpful in a discussion.

I am not denying the responsibility of "the colonizers", I think other people can also have some responsibility.

I think the tragedy is that this goes both ways: if a group of people that just escaped a genocide, gets attacked by all its neighboring countries as soon as they have a state of their own, are explicitly threatened with extinction and are attacked over and over again by military actions and terrorist attacks... sometimes people will try to assert absolute dominance in order to try to ensure their own physical safety above everything else.

Note: I am very much not justifying any of the above. I just think that it's not very surprising that people act this way, and that Hamas & Co of course know this - just as the Israeli government & Co know how people react to their actions. In my opinion neither the Israeli government (and orthodox settlers etc.) nor the Hamas (and similar groups) are honestly trying to unfuck the situation.

Wieso lassen wir uns das gefallen?

Sehr merkwürdig alles: es wird nicht gesagt, was er überhaupt hat. Die AfD sagt, es gab einen "tätlichen Vorfall". Die Polizei sagt, es gäbe keine offensichtlichen Verletzungen und keine Hinweise auf einen Angriff - schwurbelt aber kräftig mit und will trotzdem "ermitteln, ob Dritte für den Vorfall verantwortlich sein könnten". Was dann zu so Schlagzeilen wie bei der "Welt" führt: "Parteichef Chrupalla nach AfD-Kundgebung im Krankenhaus - Kriminalpolizei ermittelt"
