MAS scripts should be safe, but what about Windows iso you can download from MASSGRAVE website
  • I downloaded them with this method "Win10_22H2_Italian_x64v1.iso" but the checksum is different, sadly. I don't know if it's a different version though, the file I have from massgrave is named "it-it_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_22h2_updated_may_2024_x64_dvd_49ddadb6.iso"

  • MAS scripts should be safe, but what about Windows iso you can download from MASSGRAVE website
  • I still can't understand how to download the ISO, all I can do is downloading a tool to create a ISO... I'd like to download the sama exact win10 Italian version in order to compare checksum, since I've done a lot of setup already on the laptop

  • MAS scripts should be safe, but what about Windows iso you can download from MASSGRAVE website

I recently asked if MAS was save to activate windows, it turns out it was as I hoped.

However, I've one last doubt: I downloaded the iso from MASSGRAVE (it-it_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_22h2_updated_may_2024_x64_dvd_49ddadb6.iso) and I installed that already.

Also, I logged in my accounts and used sensible passwords already, should I be worried about this? (I ask because some pirates said the ISO should have been downloaded from Microsoft website :/ ).

Please let me know your opinions

Have there ever been reports of MAS pirated Windows 10 being unsafe, stealing passwords etc.?
  • I read this on MASgrave and got scared "Windows 10 download from https://www.microsoft.com/software-download isn't recommended because it uses an ESD file to generate ISO and that process sometimes may generate corrupt ISO which can not be verified with known checksums."

I'd like to know if the ISO masgrave distributes are considered safe, if the script they make is considered safe then I'd tend to consider even the ISO.. I wouldn't like to reinstall everything again (besides I already put sensitive data on it like passwords and stuff)

  • Have there ever been reports of MAS pirated Windows 10 being unsafe, stealing passwords etc.?
  • mhh, I already installed everything downloading from MASgrave website, do you think those ISO are dangerous? This is version it-it_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_22h2_updated_may_2024_x64_dvd_49ddadb6.iso (Windows 10 consumer 22H2 Italian)

  • Have there ever been reports of MAS pirated Windows 10 being unsafe, stealing passwords etc.?

I'm installing windows 10 right now and even though it's not required to activate it, I'd rather do it until I can.

I've googled quite a bit about it and there's no complaints, but I'd like an additional confirmation by the piracy community here.

    I appreciate any opinion

Most Efficient and Safe way to install Windows 10 on a old notebook at the moment?
  • do all the guys suggesting me linux understand I run windows steam (lightwight) games on it xD, plus some software I use for studying witch is only available on Windows. I used Debian for ages, but for my current uses I'm fine with windows and I'll upgrade to a SSD if required, plus it already has a good processor and 4GB of RAM even if it's old ...

  • Most Efficient and Safe way to install Windows 10 on a old notebook at the moment?
  • not really, that's what a shop witch I trust told me over here, it used to be though. By the way, I was unable to make the windows 7 key work under my battery so even the win7 OS is pirated lmao (since I had removed windows and installed full encrypted debian as a teen)

  • Most Efficient and Safe way to install Windows 10 on a old notebook at the moment?

Hello, I'm not a fan of pirating when it's unecessary, in fact I've legit windows 10 on my PC, legit games etc.

I'd like to give a new life to my old Windows 7 notebook for when I travel or I want to work outside my room, and Microsoft has made VERY expensive to upgrade nowadays to the most recent OS (s).

I'd like to ask, since most posts I've read are old, what's the best way to pirate Windows 10 currently?

I never managed to find out about cinemaHD, Beetv and cyberflix on Fire Stick TV until ..

Until I read someone mentioning them on Facebook, but the comment was removed shortly after.

What are these apps, and are they really good and usable on a Fire Stick TV Lite? Is the content they provide comparable to the top online streaming watch online (pirate) websites?

I was going to sell the fire stick and use my PC with an HDMI cable, but I may think twice now.

How Safe are really Games from Goat Websites?
  • indeed when they talked about virus total in my antivirus post, I thought what am I not understanding because I wouldn't consider it viable for games. I don't mind installing malwarebytes or kaspersky

  • How Safe are really Games from Goat Websites?

I recently created a post talking about antimalware software but after reading most comments I'm wondering am I really safe downloading games from Goat websites (of the megathread)...?

Studying is taking a toll on my savings so even though I haven't pirated anything for years and years, I'd love to get back at it.

Anti malware that can detect cracks and flag them as so, but can also distinguish from trojact and malware? Also, that can be configured to don't use too many resources when not required

I was thinking, mbam, have you got other suggestions for Windows 10? Also, is there a good setup for when I'm running games I bought, and I don't need active scanning of threats? (Especially for legit games that use resources intensively)

Best way to pirate movies on an old cheap smart TV?

I own a JVC old european TV and a fire stick tv lite. I used to have a TV in my room and connect it to my desktp PC with an HDMI cable but I removed the telly in order to have more space.

In my living room I have this JVC TV I can use, but I doubt there's much I can do on it.

One solution would be to buy a laptop with HDMI port, but that's expensive for me right now. My old laptop doesn't have any port.

What would be the best solution to watch movies and tv shows on the TV?

Since I implemeted SpotX on my computer I need to shut down it twice

I don't know if it's SpotX the problem, but around the time I implemented (a few days ago) when I shut down my PC it says an app is still running and I need to cancel it and shut down again.

The app running has no icon and name too. What could be the problem and solution?

Is Microsoft Defender enough to get games? Also, regarding websites

Is MBAM better, or is microsoft defender enough if you download from trusted sources?

Do you consider Nyaa safe? (I'd like to get a visual novel or two that I haven't purchased on steam yet)

Regarding other games, I always used pirate bay and I've been fine, 10 years ago though. Are the website listed in the wiki generally safe?

Should we post here or reddit?

I thought r/piracy was dead but I see is very active, I don't know if mods changed or something though. Where do you guys think is best to ask questions?

Is BlockTheSpot for Spotify desktop safe? Also, xmanager?

I stopped using a spotify cracked apk years ago when I noticed my email got hacked (technically, it may have been Pandora apk but I still decided to stop).

I have been recently paying premium for almost 1 year but I stopped working for a while I'd like to save some money. I'm wondering if BlockTheSpot by mrpond on GitHub is safe?

It looks like it's been updated 1 week ago so it should work. I'd assume anything on GitHub is safe but I'd still like to ask you guys.

Also, is there a way to download "Spotify for Windows (64 bit) 1.2.33.1039.g8ddb5918" safely... or do I just have to hope it works on the latest desktop version from the official spotify website and never update it?

EDIT: I'd like to also ask if xmanager for android is safe, I've been googling a bit about it and it'd be fantastic to be able to keep using spotify on my phone too, without listening to 1-2 ads per song

    How to join FMHY community?

I tried to join the lemmy instance some weeks ago but the registration was likely not approved, even though I remember I did everything right.

The same address is down now, not sure if it's blocked by my ISP or something.

So I'm wondering, is there a FMHY community to discuss media piracy resources, subreddit or a forum?

Unified Remote draining my Pixel battery, could it be?

I finally started connecting my TV to my desktop PC and I've been recommended this app to use the mouse remotely from my bed, rathen than getting up and going to click on the mouse all the time.

My room is small so I can't really fit in an extra table with a wireless mouse.

Unified remote is great and I'd recommend it to anyone, except my phone battery is unusually draining way too fast.

For instance I've used my phone just a little today and tonight is at 15%, it never happened before. I haven't even used Unified Remote but I'm wondering if the server is running in background all the time (or if it's connected all the time).

Sorry, I'm not a big expert, so I'd like to ask you guys, what's your experience with Unifed remote?

Is the megathread and wiki here updating regularly or should I download the ones on Reddit?

Just wondering if I should head to r/piracy and download all the links and everything before it's too late.

Also, is this community on Lemmy likely to stay alive? If that's the case and the content is updated here, I'm a happy man

where does kodi store videos on fire stick? also, do you know how to implement CC?

I own a fire stick and I'm considering selling it and buying an hdmi cable in order to connect my PC to the TV.

But before doing that I'm curious, if I were to install KODI on the FireStick TV, where does the app/device actually store my pirate videos such as TV series, anime etc.?

Also, if you do know how to use closed captions I'd really appreciate it because a big reason of me using netflix on fire stick and paying for the service were subtitles to improve my English.

I just realized chrome can do that on any video, that's why I'm really considering to just connect my personal computer to my television and stream pirated content from any platform.
