The US Military Is Laying the Groundwork to Reinstitute the Draft
  • This is a good way to get some massive protests and hopefully a general strike. Look back at the Vietnam war protests, we had entire drafted units refuse to go.

  • Uh oh…
  • I don't think they lost so much as immigrated to the Americas and help create the us intelligence agencies and helm the U.N. The USA has always been Nazis. This is the 4th Reich.

  • Gentlemen, there is no brigading in the war room!

  • Another Pig sentenced to 4 years for assisting in the Murder of George Floyd
  • Bring back execution by crushing, for cops who crush their victims.

  • Also, wtf is "virtue signaling"? Please define it.

  • Lol the USA is the literal 4th Reich. We took in the Nazis to fight communism. Call me crazy but I'm on board with business plot 2 being the JFK assassination, and everything working out on their favor from there.

  • I am getting real fucking tired of Eurocentrism in art
  • Basilla Irene is my favorite part of this. Einhard made up some shit about Charlemagne visiting Constantinople because Irene asked him to marry her. The letters probably did not exist and Charlemagne certainly didn't travel that far east. Irene ended up being couped by her nephews (or cousins, I'm still away from my library) to restore a man on the Roman throne. Just around that time, because the pope saw the Roman throne as technically vacant, and his position as weak in relation to the surrounding Italian principalities,he in invited Charlemagne to Rome under false pretenses and tricked him into a ceremony where he was crowned Holy Roman Emperor. This didn't change relations with the east however, the Ottomans becoming the sultan of Rum did that. Most of the "lost" knowledge came frome raids and trade with the Muslim world, notibly the reconquesta in Iberia (see the La Chanson de Roland for more).

  • The point is to limit the ability of multinational corporations, and the countries that act as their muscle, to create famines though prioritizeing exports and price gouging. This makes food something that people have a right to, rather than a commodity that should be sold only to whom it can make the most profit from. Check out what happened to push bottled water over public water fountains.

  • What bill needs to be footed? The vote was to make food a right, not force a single country to pay for the cost of food. Please learn to read and understand what you are reading. Worrying about a non-existent "bill" is purely ideological.

  • Which is the best martial art for short people?
  • Sorry, but you don't deescalate a dangerous situation with a martial art. Real life isn't a movie. You deescalate through conversation.Yet, some people are committed to a violent resolution, and in that case, there are no magic words, or chi, or anything else that will deescalate. You need to be ready to draw your weapon and kill, because they are. If that is not the case, then you don't need a martial art anyway. Even Marx carried a pistol because he understood that.

  • [meme] Trains are 100000x easier to electrify and automate than cars, so why does everyone keep talking about electric and driverless cars?
  • Trains don't need to be the miles long trains that you are probably thinking about. Streetcars worked just fine for Americans for decades, until the auto industry forced them to shut down.
