I subscribed to some of these. They are all women though. Not sure if by design or if you just happened to randomly prefer women's channels.

Oh, I didn't know about that option. It takes a while to download the image but sure enough it fixes that.

I just tested it and, sadly, it is not quite what I want... Its UI/UX is not quite there yet.. Maybe I will do some feature requests in their repo.. But as it is it doesn't replace Swiftly Switch.

I disagree with this take. The effects of climate change are not binary.

There is no doubt that we are feeling the effects of man-influenced climate change. However, that does not mean that we should just give up. There is a difference between +1.5c and +2.0c. It is a fight worth fighting for.

The reason why you don't pay attention to the topic of climate change is because you do not give 2 shits and/or are not willing to change your ways and make any sacrifice.

I am sorry but it seems to me that you are misinformed.

The issue is not about the survivability of the planet or of humanity...

On boost it is not, not yet... Which is weird, it should be one of the first features to code when porting to lemmy.

Once the new EU legislation comes into action, the one that forces chat apps to expose their e2ee API, we will be able to just use something like beeper to have all chats in one place..

Sadly, as it is, using beeper breaks the encryption and is not really recommended.

It would be nice if people used signal but ya..
