No appellate court would side with Trump. It's for his base.

I never understood the arguments people use surrounding daylight savings. The health risks, accident risks, any risks surround the actual switch, not really the what time is used. If the clocks were set forward for "summer time" then 3 months later Daylight savings was abolished and no one changes their clocks anymore (as you said, permanent summer time) there would be no ill effects from it cause everyone was already used to the time change.

I want to get rid of daylight savings. I don't care whether it's standard time that use used or daylight savings time that is used as long as the switchover stops happening.

Do you know what episode? I love knowledge fight I'd like to listen to it

I never understood what the dates were even used for. Like, is the date used for proof that I sent it before the deadline? Check the postmark on the envelope. Used to prove I know when the election is? Why else would I be sending a ballot. I don't understand what the proponents of that rule are trying to accomplish other than making a really shitty literacy test.

I disagree. Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequence. His consequence is that the other people that live in the society he shares is fed up with him and do not want him to take part in it anymore. He can go somewhere else. We don’t want to hear it.

How it actually works is that the IRS doesn't known how much you need to pay. You provide your income and taxes already paid throughout the year then the IRS says "yeah, looks about right for what you made" or here's money back you paid to much or didn't pay enough.
