Valve is the paragon of gamers. They offer a great portal, free no bs family shares, pressure companies into sales on legacy software. Push VR from meme status (the oculus is even originally stolen valve tech look it up). Steam stream, steam controller, steam deck emulation of Nintendo switch, Jesus it's endless.

Yeah I think this is how she looked in the manga, but you're right I also prefer her older look and deeper voice in the original too.
In the trailer the rotating straw figures, her standing up in the carriage, her naked on the bed are the easiest to spot the repainted 3D. But once you can see it you'll see it on almost all of it.
She's a cgi 3d model with effects applied. Go look at the new version of berserk to see a more obvious version. They do it because they can just motion pose the models and only have to illustrate the background. It's easier and cheaper but not as good as full 2d.

You're kind of behind the times, the NRA is pretty vilified in gun forums etc for being pretty ineffectual. They're kind of coasting on boomer memberships or private ranges/events that require NRA membership or NRA events that... You guessed it, find a way to require membership. There are a lot of other advocacy groups that are more legal battle based.
