I only play these games on occations and it's just like you said. But I do like the old style games of the 80's and it's a nostalgia trip.

The time between 1980 to 1989 was called the "Golden Age" of video games. And to touch what you are mentioning about screensharing...

It counts in an indirect way. I agree that the experience is what's important in this instance.

I agree entirely. That's why I'm waiting for more games to come out.

The Console Arena is totally one sided to a select few companies. If other companies could enter and put a dent into Nintendo and the like. We'd be in a much better situation.

That's understandable. It's been like that since the late 80's with Nintendo. I was born in1976 and I've seen some stuff in my lifetime.

I'm surprised that the company hasn't gone under yet. Anywhere else in the world that might be the case but not in Japan.

Former 3 year veteran of lemm.ee and I got to say the instance was where I first learned of the federated web.

But as for the people who had to be jerks and the small admin pool, it was doomed to die. But none the less, things were going to end. Even without the problems they had at the end.

That's exactly what I'm saying. It's not totally nesessary to buy yet. Besides, they'll have a catalogue of games that are heading to Switch 2. So no need to jump the gun just yet.

That's what I'm saying. But what I've seen from the two games, one of which is the highly anticipated Mario Kart World, it's looking promising so far.
