I found the listing on Zillow with reverse image searching. It is a lot with two or three cabins from the mid 1930s in a wooded area right next to a 6-lane highway. Photos of the interior look meh especially for the price and the outside certainly needs love.
If they are parents of millennials, then only of the youngest I think. I am an older millennial (born 1986) and my parents are 65 and 71 (thus being "boomers").
I checked. Mostly a handful-of-people instance doing whatever on some Pleroma/Akkoma instance. Not much to see there and not much of what I could see there seemed to make much sense to me. Perhaps the defeds are mostly preventative but I cannot tell.
