You only report a crime when it's happening. If someone successfully takes a lipstick without getting caught then it would take until the next inventory for them to catch that it's missing. The inventory discrepancies are sent in to insurance. Cops wouldn't be involved because no one is going to sit through dozens of camera feeds woth hundreds of not thousands of hours of footage between inventories to figure out who stole it.

For most licenses it's a few dollars. But let's say it's $5 per unit. A $100 fight stick becomes $105. It isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things of that fight stick is now fully supported and is able to quickly link to the system woth no additional hardware or Tom foolery.

What do you think the down side is for the Israelis? They can flatten Gaza and destroy hamas arsenals and under ground network and kill a bunch of them setting back any attacks by years or decades.

Or in your mind they can just not do anything and keep getting attacked. Then each time they do nothing , hamas will get bolder and create larger attacks and take more hostages.
