Wrestle Universe is literally the only streaming service I actually pay for. I'm not even mad. Still an incredible bargain for Japanese wrestling content, and adding 3 more promotions makes it even better. There's a huge library, too. On a related note: If you love crazy af wrestling content, and haven't seen "Kota Ibushi's Apartment Wrestling" you need to see it.
Kaya Toribami of TJPW: She's just so... meh. Make Serpentico extremely boring and switch his gender, and you have Kaya. Masked wrestlers have to work harder to show emotion than unmasked wrestlers do. But Kaya doesn't even try to do that. She needs a character rework something fierce. Especially in a promotion that already has Hyper Misao.
It's really just their "trolling the fans/working the marks" thing they've been doing off and on for years being brought front and center to TV with some "EVP flavor" mixed in.
I personally think the tattoo would have looked great on his bicep, or (lol) as a trampstamp, but it's Cody's trademarked logo, so every time there's a Cody action figure or a video game appearance, he either gets additional money for the use of his trademark or the licensed product will be less accurate. And clothing doesn't cover it, so it's impossible to avoid.
That's some evil genius level shit. Lex Luthor is getting a LexCorp tattoo on his neck as we speak.
I'll survive, I switched to PC gaming during the height of the pandemic and my consoles have been collecting dust ever since. If you're a patient gamer, PC gaming is a lot cheaper once you get over the initial hurdle of buying a good PC.
