  • I should have clarified that mine are cheap in a way that there is no way to change the color. It seems they just used single colored leds of different colors that are installed in this rainbow pattern. I would've changed them to something else if I could.

  • You will always be welcome to play some games in my home, if you're ever in the area. I have multiple computers so we can always play lan games.

But what I mentioned is what I hear most of the time when I ask people if they want to hang out. They don't have time, too busy, etc. Maybe it's me and they just don't like me?

  • My issue mainly is that people get married and have children and then don't have time anymore.

It always used to be a hassle to get people to even show up and I feel having families won't make that any better.

  • I've heard someone say that if we pay people working at restaurants a living wage, it would become more expensive to eat out.

I personally only eat out a couple of times a year, so that wouldn't matter to me. But what's your take on this?

  • I needed a backlit keyboard. A rainbow one was the cheapest backlit one I could find. Good enough for my "other" PC. The gaming one had a backlit one with mechanical switches but I got that on the cheap too.

  • I get you. I don't think my parents were hoarders necessary but they had trouble throwing things out that were still good. I guess them growing up in poverty has changed them in a way. Back when I was young my dad used to be looking for jobs a lot and things were tight. I think that may have influenced me as a person.

My mom always used to keep things tidy, even with lots of stuff in the house. Even after my dad passed away. But since her brain infarction she started going downhill.

I try to clean up and at least sort things out and store them together when I get the chance. But due to chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia I am slower with getting things done. But we'll get there. And one difference, we don't save trash and newspapers.

What I'm saying is, it's not as bad as I made it look. And I am glad you are in a different place now. That must've been hard on you as a child. Probably in more ways than one.
