  • Huh, hadn't seen that bit before, thanks for that. Ok, well that is disappointing. I did notice this bit in there too though:

What about security benefits? Even though most of the security-relevant code for Vivaldi browser is in Chromium, there is also some security-relevant code in the UI. If you think that specific security-relevant parts of the UI should be open-sourced to make Vivaldi more trustworthy, let us know, and we’ll consider putting it out as part of our code bundles, so you can check it for yourselves.

It not much consolation, but it's better than nothing. As it stands though, FF still has too many problems for me. I'll have to see how this ad blocking thing shakes out though, might have to revisit my decision then.

  • Yes, I usually watch tv or a movie in bed and it also has to be something I've seen before so I'm not kept awake wanting to see what happens next. Also it has to be not too funny, not too sad, or make me just too happy to see, etc. Interesting enough for me to want to watch it at all, boring enough for me to fall asleep quickly. It can be tricky sometimes.

  • The Energy Accounting page is under Technocracy Fundamentals on the beginner's page. The Energy Certificate one is much longer and older (for example paper certificates would no longer be used today). I checked and the links work for both.

The other two more comprehensive docs I mentioned should be available now under Technocracy In Print (links are towards the end of their respective descriptions). Let me know if you need any more help or have questions.
