Honestly this one could be like 8 different comics. It's a weirdly common thing in newspaper comics for two characters to just be some guy and an animal and the whole thing is just them talking normally.

This guy makes parody comics about other comic authors. If you don't know what it's parodying then the joke doesn't land.
