  • All of politics is PR. But you have to consider our US politics not on a global scale, but on a local one. These unions aren't going to say "you're not far left enough for us to support." Just like pretty much everyone else who votes non-Republican, they're going to vote for whoever matches their ideology the closest, even if it's not as close as we'd like it to be.

  • We use discord. My group is actually about 4 groups connected together with overlapping players, so it's a place we can all congregate virtually. We have a channel for scheduling, ones for in-game content, and some for just messing around.

  • Temperature greatly affects the taste of the coffee. Optimal temperature (if you're actually into the taste of coffee, which some people just aren't and that's fine) is around body temp. The hotter the coffee though, the less your body can process the actual flavors. It'll lose a lot of the nutty, earthy flavors and you're just left with the milk and sugar.

  • TWIT is also my go to. Haven't missed an episode for over a decade. Used to watch Leo on Tech TV. A veteran of the industry that still keeps current, and he also is always bringing in younger guests and specialists to fill gaps and add different perspectives.

  • Could not agree more, and just came there to say this.

I work at a small retail store with an online shop. Multiple times we've had parents call us to cancel online orders where their kids purchased something using their parent's stored credit card info. Those things really should be locked behind a password.

  • “I don’t want to say that there are necessarily equivalent health risks,”

I mean, they said it themselves. Drinking responsibly and in moderation poses no recorded long-term health risks. But even 1 cigarette a day can cause serious harm.
