  • In German the Japanese ne? Is ne?

    Example:

    Kawaii desu ne?

    Es ist niedlich, ne?

However germans use depending on the region different words with the same meaning.

"gell, oder? (odda?)" and many more

  • Non disruptive ads were meant to advertise.

Slightly annoying ads were meant to be seen more, since people just ignored banners by default.

Hidden ads (like an ad in an article which you really could tell it was an ad) were meant to increase the image of a company.

Disruptive ads like in YouTube or Spotify aren't meant for advertising. They don't really care about the advertising money, they want to force you to buy premium. The more annoying the ad is the higher the chances you pay 20€ a month for them to go away.

  • I mean if you feel better you do it, but actual actions regarding the climate would be laws that force the industry to act on their emissions.

Which in return will make meat more expensive and therefore people will eat less.

  • Well documentation is still not great. But I can deal with it.

The first step is to really understand how nix works and how nix-shell -p works.

Then probably know that autoPatchelfHook exists

And sth. You have to watch out for if you install sth. With a daemon or a service you need to enable it additionally to the installation.

So for example for open-iscsi you need to enable the service.open-iscsi = enable so it can work.

Flakes are still a nogo for me. I don't understand them and I don't want to deal with them until I get the rest into my head.

  • Apple is on it's best way to kill all 3rd party repair shops. Luis Rossman has many videos about it. Basically you don't get any schematics, Apple makes it illegal for you to buy replacement parts and they make it more difficult to repair anything.
