Probably focus on finishing a project. I myself have a graveyard of unfinished shit but it’s not a great look if you’ve never finished something.
Starting a project is always the fun part but if you quit something the second you hit a wall you won’t be pushing yourself to actually learn. You also probably wouldn’t be much use to someone trying to maintain and develop their project.
I was a dev for ten+ years then pivoted to pm during Covid
I did a factory tour in Louisville with my friend who is a native. She died on the inside each time the guide used the wrong form of Louisville. Was pretty great
I mean one of the things that I hated most about Reddit in my final days was that the admins removed and replaced mods that purposefully closed in protest.
If someone starts a sub they should be allowed to close and nuke it at will. If someone wants it back enough then they can make a clone.
Now I want a breakdown of how people in an area refer to locations near them such as using counties or cities.
Here in western North Carolina we use counties but my friends in eastern NC don’t. I figure it’s because a lot of towns out here are too small to even be towns most of the time.
When I went to school in West Virginia the locals also used counties there when referring to where they’re from.
I know using counties is popular in California and looking at the map I can kinda see why since they’re huge.
Tf that would make crossing the Atlantic $1500
Might be worth it once just to say you did though
