Yessir! Going to the gym with a routine plan almost 5 days a week. Swim on alternate days, with upper body, cardio and mix exercises during the other days. Didn't think I'd start looking forward to spending time in the gym.
I thought I would. But distrust in the market stopped me.. I kicked myself today looking at the market.
A first for me being mentioned by name in a post. I get that 10 bucks a month can be a charge most of us can just let slide.. But taking that decision must've taken a lot of consideration. I hope the decision has brought you closer to what you want for yourself. As for me, I've been to the gym like twice now. I do love the fact that when I don't know what to do there, I can always swim.
Since this is my first foray into a gym. I'd stick with cardio for a while before even looking at weights. Baby steps.
