If your argument is that dresses are the same level of subjugation as hijabs, you're either trolling or are completely ignorant. It's not really even comparable in this day. There is basically no pressure for women to only wear dresses anymore. And it's also not something that's imposed by a religious rule. It was more of a general patriarchal society issue, which we also have issues with.
No one's talking about removing choice. But not all choices are equally valid. And many choices are coerced due to religious patriarchal structures which are not actually true choices
In the same way that posts about kids donating their money to pay off others kids school lunch debt, or charities paying for cancer patients care are bad because they focus on the positive to that specific person instead of the shitty situation that causes them to be in that position in the first place, yes
I'm saying it's not big deal, and even the most liberal part of the US only has what the conservatives are complaining about in extremely rare circumstances in addition to other options, and it's also not a big deal. That sounds perfectly relevant
Right. My point was that what conservatives are worried about is exceedingly rare, and in the absolute most liberal place in the country, and it's even still not a big deal and there are other options
There ARE bathrooms that are co-ed. I live in San Francisco and I've seen them. But it's very very rare, and I've only ever seen them at crowded places like theaters. And there's 99% of the time additional private bathrooms.
These people don't have answers to this question because they're not interested in answers. They just want to feel smug and superior to everyone. Literally nothing would be good enough for them
Primitive communism existed for thousands of years
This is fundamentally flawed. You can't compare primitive societies to modern states. The reason communism worked in primitive societies is the same reason communism works in families. It's not something that can just be expanded to thousands of millions of people who don't know each other
Ok, this basically proves the problem here. 50% are going to disapprove of Biden no matter what he does. And so the remaining 50% are split. So this is basically the best he could hope for.
Also do you think Biden is responsible for the arrests of campus protestors?
