  • We have one at work that stands over you for snacks. Doesn't like fruit, tolerates banana bread but will take cheese, crackers and meat from your hand. I'm hoping the friendliness stays for swooping season.

  • She never fed Wellington to the kids.

  • I can't cope if I lose a lip balm. They all have their type and place.

  • The answer is always f&c. Edited to add: I am so very lucky to live coastal and have a variety of fantastic greasy shops to chose from so that sways my decision!

  • Had a busy day off planned, so I chucked a half leg of lamb in the slow cooker early on. It's been put in wraps with some salad, feta and garlic sauce and I got fancy and made my own gravy for some mini roast veg on the side.

  • Calcium intake is important as we age, as is fruit. Add the base and you've got three food groups covered so it's all part of a balanced diet!

  • Can you get a voucher for another massage? I love practical as much as the next mum, but replacing stolen goods and calling it a gift is a stretch too far for me.

  • There's a trend atm among new mums exerting their control over things like visitors. On one hand, I sort of understand protecting your space as a new mum, been there, done that and felt all the feels that go with it. But some are taking it to the extreme and don't realise that they are alienating their support networks and then complain that nobody has supported them.

  • The medication is right. The address on the repeat scripts is wrong, but it's right on the initial prescription.

  • The new theory is to be loud and draw attention from bystanders to them. I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be with that though.

  • They stuffed up the OHs scripts yesterday. Same name, very different address. Didn't notice till we got home, but it does make you query the efficacy and safety of their systems.
