Own reply, after help from another user in the other forum.

For opening all videos in 1 PIP window:

Currently it's probably impossible, if anyone know a solution, or existing topic I could support, let me know, please.

For autoplay and mute state:

media.autoplay.default = 5
media.autoplay.blocking_policy = 2

I already had first option, but after using the second, autoplay on facebook is disabled!

With these options also the mute state is changed, it's disabled for all videos, so I don't have to disable mute for each anymore.
