This is the same trade deal that the EU negotiated with Obama. Trump refused to sign in 2017. They are only offering him what was on the table 8 years ago and he refused. Calm down already.

Our immune system remembers just fine, but it's not heritable. Every organism starts with a blank immune system (mostly, mammals can get some antibody protection from their mother, but have to learn to make their own eventually) and the system learns through exposure to the pathogen. No exposure, no learning.

There was a show that ran on Canadian TV called Forever Knight. It was about a vampire detective who could only work the night shift and used the blood bank like a soup kitchen. It had surprising depth and rtich relationships among the the supporting cast. You had a sense that it was an actual community with a history and connections that existed outside the plotline. Also it had the best ending for a series I've ever seen.

I haven't tried with my new one. With my old one yes, I just transferred to my computer with the dongle/charger.

This film legit creeped me out the first time I saw it. I was house sitting so alone in a strange place watching it in the early hours of the morning. I didn't know what it was about so genuinely unaware that twists were coming. The reveal at the end freaked me out so much I don't think I slept that night.

He is genuinely stupid. He's infuriated because people push back.

When I was in grad school I mentioned to the department chair that I frequently saw a mis-citation for an important paper in the field. He laughed and said he was responsible for it. He made an error in the 1980s and people copied his citation from the bibliography. He said it was a good guide to people who cited papers without reading them.

I don't agree with this idea that Ys always need to start at zero. If you want to demonstrate volatility there is a good reason to chop the scale. Just be up front about what you're doing and why you made that choice. It's only misleading if you chop the scale and misrepresent the result.
