I hate that I am become this person but: are delivery drivers just allowed to call and say 'please come and meet me' now?

  • Worked for Dominos too. There were a few places where it was dangerous to get out of the car, so the customer knew they had to come to the car.

  • Udemy or Khan Academy courses might help. I haven't searched for the computer skills courses, but both have a good reputation.

    She has to be willing to learn and that will take time and patience.
