This is what I do too. I can usually just get away with two-three days during the work week with meds, and the occasional Saturday or Sunday where I need to get a lot done. I don't really need to force myself to do more than that; seems on par with everybody else's productivity. If I use stimulants more than 3 days in a row my brain kinda turns to mush, so that already puts a cap on my usage.
Advancement in Russia is loyalty based, not merit based. Anybody who says the mobiks aren't getting the equipment or training they need gets removed/disappeared. A lot of military command does nothing on purpose so they just get shuffled around to a different position rather than excel/fail and put a bullseye on their backs.
Do you have a job? Maybe you can be friends with people at work. If not, get a job. Teenagers/early twenties often work retail or restaurant jobs and you don't typically need any previous experience.
If you want to stay within your academic field, look into internships.
It's not closed to the general public, any member of the general public can join as long as you get an invite. I'm not sure how to get invites as I don't interact with BlueSky much, but I was invited by my brother and he's nothing special on the Internet.
Not to mention Hunter Biden is getting his in court? It's just boring tax fraud and a gun charge and he's taking his punishments without much fuss and working to rectify his transgressions, tho, so nobody cares. Also he never worked for the government in any capacity ever.
There are certain crimes at certain levels that bar one from running for office; attempted coup and dissemination of national secrets to our enemies being some of the reasons to exclude one from seeking/holding office, and such charges account for 3 of his 4 current cases. The hush money to Stormy Daniels/campaign finance violations are likely not enough to keep him from office.
Edit: Also our judicial system is based on the premise that one is innocent until proven guilty, so just being charged with a crime is typically not enough to level punishments as if one had been convicted yet. It's supposed to make him an undesirable candidate, but decorum doesn't matter anymore all of a sudden. 🤷♀️
Isn't it one of the requirements when registering as a Republican candidate that you swear you'll vote for whoever wins the RNC nomination, even if it's not you? Or is that just something they were talking about doing?
That's just if it's unlocked with your thumbprint, since, if you're being arrested the cops get your thumbprint anyway, but if it's a password or phrase, you have the right to remain silent, correct?
I was one of these kids. I peed my pants at the airport in like 1992 because I was too scared to use the heavy-duty auto-flush toilet.
