Me personally would 100% rather buy any game than do a subscription (no matter the subscription).
With Immortals of Aveum hitting EA Play and Xbox Game Pass, Electronic Arts is passing all net sales revenue to the developer.

until Valve can sort out whatever the issues are preventing the online mode from working.
Am I dumb or should the developers of the game also try to see why it won't work on Linux if they want to "appeal to a larger audience" witch is what every company seems to try to do.
Polish regulators have expressed concerns over possible anti-competitive practices by digital video game platforms. The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) may initiate proceedings based on the analysis of the collected data.
I think the difference is that those play tests we are thinking of are for lack of other terms locked down. Playtests I have done were not able to be recorded, streamed and had water markers all over the place. In this case people are playing and streaming making videos at that point you should be able to give opinions on the game.
You have never played an early alpha of a game and signed a NDA to not disclose it I did this with many games the finals, th division heatland, x defient, arc raiders etc. although in this case since there are yt videos and streams seems a little weird. I was uneducated the games I am talking about when I played had watermarks on them and were made for testing etc had no idea the game was like viewable. In this case it looks more like if tarkov or an EA game said you can't leave reviews.
To clarify yes I fully agree that not ok and didn't know the full facts.
Could be wrong but this does not sound sound outlandish for a alpha. There should be no point to ruin a name/brand before it is out. You should not leave a "review" of a unfinished product.
I get this with a lot of "no brain action films" these days. It kind of feels like everyone is trying to copy John wick and unbelievable things. Really turns me off at this point. Have not seen beekeeper but have seen terminal list.
Anyone here play star citizen on Linux? I've been wanting to give it a try but never played it before.
I just heard constellation was cancelled :( sad times. I am a big fan of the main actor(Noomi Rapace)
That's actually crazy.... I have had an Instagram since like the start but have no posts on my account. I guess I have a pfp but that's it. I also don't really get on it.
Yea my dad liked invasion much more than I did. Silo has probably been my favorite of the bunch.
Ah did not now "Sugar" had Sci-FI aspects. I heard good things about it though.
Yea, I remember not liking S01 nearly as much as the second season.

Now you can add Dark Matter to the list.
Sci-Fi / fantasy is my favorite genre and almost every show they have put out I have liked have not seen all however. Just watched dark matter first two episodes yesterday and they were great.
What ones have you seen and liked?
This is probably an unpopular opinion especially on this sub and something that will probably never happen realistically with the way the world is going but it is an extremely cool feature. If this was not done by companys that already harvest data etc and was as private as something like this can be such as your device communication to another device has a uuid that does not tie back to "you" if that makes sense or something not sure. Because there are some use cases that could be extremely good such as the one comment here about stalkers etc.
Could be wrong but I don't believe it was arrowheads decision to let him go.
Yeah it is brutal. I learn to learn how to do the speed runs before trying to do laso. In doing so, you learn a lot of skips so it is much easier in comparison to fighting and doing all activities. For example, you can run through a mission in like 5 minutes and kill nobody.
Maybe I'm an optimist but I see this as a potential good thing. Xbox/Bethesda recently said they want to and are looking into making popular IP from Bethesda pushed up the time line (fallout) maybe this is there way of trying to do that since they did not just let everyone go from those studios but instead move alot of them around. Just hoping.
I was actually pulling my hair out trying to do the despawn method on the mission regret. Could never get and gave up if I somehow did it I would have done the par time I had a really fast last room missed the par time by 40 seconds. I have need going though the games on MCC in order getting all the achievements after halo 2 I'm going to need a break lmao.
Just yesterday finished a halo 2 legendary speed run finished whole thing in a little over 2 hours. Up next is finishing off the par times on the two missions I folded on (and the hardest to speed run) "gravemind" and "regret".
I had a 1060 and upgraded to a 3080 ahile ago. For next upgrade most likely will do AMD unless Nvidia can convince me to go with them again
I felt this I ty to put so make friends and family on shows from andor to fallout to Shogun but they never listen .... So I gave up
Edit: Don't get me started on trying to get them to watch animated stuff

I love the exploring and secrets that this game holds. The story of this DLC was surprisingly good.

Looks sick actually. I need that helmet right now.

Not that I expected anything else from Ubisoft at this point.
Edit: 130 USD for the "full" game is damn bonkers lmao

The developers photographed a lot of rocks for this game
The first game genuinely surprised me with how good it was and I am excited to see how the second turns out.
