Domino theory and French chauvinism. Cuba was nominally independent long before the revolution. Vietnam was still a French colony before WW2, and France wanted it back.

It is just bizarre to me that China is reliant on US soybean export and are looking to offset it by growing corn.

I’m pretty close with my mum but have had a tendency to not tell her about struggles I have, not because of anything she has done but rather because of shame and not wanting to make her sad. She would listen and is very non-judgemental but I’d rather shoulder it on my own. The only caveat to that is that she is proper anti-drugs.

I kept eating yoghurt for years since it was supposed to help with the stomach issues I got from eating yoghurt. I suspected that I was lactose intolerant, but my mother is also lactose intolerant and can eat yoghurt so I thought that the stomach rumblings and shits were how it was supposed to work.

I have a tendency to do this, I only figured out that I have a pollen allergy last year after just thinking that spring sucks for no reason all my life. I only get the eye and brain fog symptoms and I thought you had to also have a runny nose.

I assume these are for painting and using as decoration.
