Probably for the best, that game is radioactive right now. They have a chance to fix it in the eyes of some people, but for me, bungo is a dead company walking.
Agree, never in my entire voting life have I ever felt that the person I was voting for would be the best or, at a bare minimum, good at that job. It has always been voting for the lesser of evils or the "pretends they dont want to immediatly defund everything" party. The bar is usually that low...
Also HPL is super dead, his estate isnt continuing his legacy of being a racist fart waffle. The whole "Death of the author" problem becomes much easier once the actual author is dead and they no longer personally benifit from the discussion or consumption of their work.
Thats why JKR is so problematic, engaging with her BS keeps her relavent so she can do more damage. HPL can be discussed more freely because he cant break anything else from his coffin in Providence.

I feel like there is a gram of actual concern here, not enough to be a broken clock sorta situation for the regressive party, but the health of the president has, I feel, become a political matter.
This diagnosis isnt something that appears in this short amount of time (Im not a medical professional, please correct me if im wrong) and likely would have been caught back when he was in office. Given his age, it would feel like malpractice not to at least check for it. Unless they admit that the public report of the presidents health is different from the one they get private, this is a catch-22 and breaks the public trust of the doctors who care for the most important person in the country.
It would be more than concerning under any other administration, but your right, we expect the current one is just going to tell him that golden arches is the elixir of life and the public that he can ace the presidential fitness test (including the pacer).
I fear you are vastly underestimating the horror of the collective hive mind of the internet and what people are capable of... Nothing is sacred. The problem with building rigid objects with 3d printers is that their weakest point is usually along the layer lines. So even if pieces of real firearms are made of nylon or ABS, they would be injection molded or use a process that forms more durable shapes.
My nerd herd likes the game, although we quickly have been adding mods to ramp up the difficulty and add some quality of life stuff. For a social game, I like it over Lethal Company because everyone gets to participate and there is no designated AFK role that watches the cameras or activates the teleporters.
And remember, this is only the first hurricane season with FEMA gutted, we got 3 more till the administration changes (hopefully) and someone gives them the resources they need to do their job.
