Seems that way through enough experience and empirical evidence. I just wonder what could have happened if we enforced anti-trust law earlier on... they were meant to help prevent monopolistic companies from taking over everything. Maybe it was a lost hope, but I would've liked to see the system functioning as intended for once.

Network. Get to know people. That's what my parents never got across. People can hand you jobs in Uni. Out there you have to scruff for them and fight tooth and nail for a crappy job regardless of your SAT scores. The bigger thing that I never understood: you don't make yourself. Other people bolster you into positions. It's not cheating. It's how the system works.

Do they.call them, "Ranchers" down there or is everyone a farmer? Legit question, because no one in the states would bat an eye at that ambiguation save for farmers and ranchers.
