Please high-five your three year old for me
What is this a computer for ants? It should be at least ... four times bigger.
That sort of thing, but with little trucks, diggers, forklifts, and tractors all by radio control ... I guess I never understood the appeal of train sets whereas driving a little truck around looks like fun
If you want to check out something related, wierd, and interesting check out German radio controlled truck conventions ... lots of people go together and drive their RC stuff in a sensible realistic manner. I find it adorable.
That's what we call an attention getter!
I'm in this comment and I don't like it.
Human being can be oddly obsessive. In other news, I wish American Truck Simulator was available for PS4 :-/
Which then becomes Buy and Large, for branding purposes.
Can't speak for other games, but there's a LOT of former truck drivers who play Snow Runner.
Back when I was working as a forklift driver, when I broke my leg and was stuck at home on the sofa I really enjoyed driving the forklift around in GTA5 and just moving palettes around.
I never said you should emulate my life, what I said is that taking up less space would be good for the planet ... you get limited time on this rock, it's going to be a lot more limited for your kids if the food chain collapses.
That's absolutely crazy, here even a main dealer wouldn't charge more than 30€ for fitting (not counting weirdness with pressure sensors, mooses, tubeliss, or stuff like that). Well, maybe Ducati would charge more, but they have a reputation to uphold.
Heh, when I lived in the UK I travelled 200 miles a few times to go on advanced courses.
It's paid off many times for me, as an example last tuesday I came around a blind bend with a bit of speed to find a big fat boar looking confused in the middle of the road. On the advanced machine handling course I did a few years back we covered emergency swerves at high speed (up to 70mph), and I just went around the back of the boar ... without that training I'd have probably hit square on.

Depends on how well the first season goes, the producers are a little cautious in case the bears aren't really as viscous as they said on their CVs.

It's a reality TV series where D-list personalities are dropped in the middle of the forrest and have to hike out without being eaten by bears.
Well, with a dirt bike she'll be able to throw it at the ground with gusto!
Sorry, I didn't check the context before responding. The MSF course is even lighter on road handling skills than the European test, no?
When most of the world can live in comfort with less space, then it would be good if everyone would. It would save energy, resources, and leave more room for nature.
Many humans are greedy and want more of everything, including space. Do you think that people who live in mansions do so against their will? Do you think that owning a mansion is good for the planet?
My definition of plenty can be flexible, and thinking about it we could be happy with less space. I lived in a caravan with an ex-boyfriend for a while which was about 20m^2, and space was not the main factor in wanting to move out.

The C64 could use a special (non-RS232) 9 pin D connector mouse, it worked for playing a breakout clone and nothing else (even Geos, the one place a mouse would have been actually useful!)

640kb, what are you a millionaire?
Except that OP is in the UK.
While you might want to go in straight lines most of the time being able to handle corners first is a good idea, plus things like emergency brake and swerve techniques to avoid accidents ... the European test only checks if you can emergency brake from 30mph, stopping from 75 with enough technique to feel like your eyeballs are being sucked out of your skull takes practice.
Hell, I remember one American on Reddit who swore up and down that you shouldn't use the front brake to emergency stop - for people who really love motorbikes extra training is a must, and that starts with a small bike you can drop a lot while learning how to use the whole tire and how to handle a bike when the front wheel locks, etc.
Edit: as for your BMW, why not just add a tooth to front sprocket?
