First Horizon Bank system detects when a call center worker was on the brink of "losing it" and plays an AI-made montage of family photos set to their favorite song to calm them down.
Edit: I did some further research for different sources and can't seem to find the same article anywhere. I can only find one that says they will use AI to alter hostile tones from call center employees.
Honestly that doesn't sound much better - essentially whitewashing the vocals of call centre employees to make them sound more pleasant to horrible customers
