In each case the dogs were attacking people or other dogs. So even though police are a problem, this post is just rage bait.
If a pit bull was attacking my dog, i’d end it too.
While that may be (I don't know) there's no shortage of stories where cops shoot dogs as a matter of course when breaking into someone's house.
That needs to be addressed. As in - before homeowners address it.
