- Carefully read every Privacy Policy Update, Terms of Service, and Security Update Release Notes for the rest of your life to make sure it isn't stealth-reenabled.

- Put a recurring event in your calendar to also make sure they didnt sneaky reenable it anyways.
- Set up monitoring to warn you of irregular activities originating from your pc, just in case they reenable it for everyone without telling they did and denying it.

Same here. I guess as soon as Microsoft marketing found out how much power this could give them, all disagreements will be "fixed" in the next mandatory update, the switch to disagree will vanish, and the screenshots will be "backed up" on their own servers.
