What to do about Office?

I am finding it difficult to fill in forms made with MS Word in LibreOffice. The formatting seems to end up all wrong among other things, and LibreOffice feels slow and clunky to use.

I've tried OnlyOffice, but it tends to crash and be slow as well.

At this moment in time I am trying to get MS Office 2010. Is there a better solution?

Onlyoffice seems to work for me. Which packaging format did you use? (I am using the binary from the AUR) Maybe using a different one solves your problem.

  I think I had problems with the Flatpak as well. I think they have a deb and a rpm package. Maybe try one of those. Or tell me the distro you use.
  
  Edit: I think the snap also worked as expected
There's also web versions of ms office apps if you really need them
MS Office 2010 is EOL and thus probably should be avoided. If Libreoffice isn't working for you either run Windows in a VM or use Office online.

If you need help running Windows in a VM let me know. It works pretty well with almost no overhead.

  KVM (virtual manager or boxes as gui)
  
  Just make sure you install the virtio drivers from the Fedora project
Just use LibreOffice or Google docs, in my experience both are better than MS Office, if you, like an sane people export everything to pdf
- No LibreOffice isn't better than MS Office. They gave me the form to fill out, you don't always get a choice. They got it back as a PDF btw.
