Frat bros are wimps. Yeah, they hit the gym and sport or whatever but literally none of them have ever been in a real fight, post pubescence. They will try to Hockey fight you and tend to be really bad at following through on a punch, they're also concerned about looking cool. When you feel safe enough to do shit like this, you clearly have no street skills at all. Try it without an army of cops on your side you brave men...no, boys.
